With this, you’ll receive:

Monthly check-ins from the moment you hire me until 36 weeks
Weekly check-ins from 36 weeks until birth
Phone or text support whenever you need reassurance, advice, or just a listening ear
✅ Personalized Birth Preparation
Two in-person prenatal visits (2 hours each)
A deep dive into your birth preferences, goals, and past birth experiences (if applicable)
A clear, simplified overview of the birth process and comfort techniques to help you feel ready
✅ Continuous Labor & Delivery Support
In-person doula support throughout your labor and birth
A back-up doula (at no extra cost) if I’m unexpectedly unavailable
✅ Postpartum Care
Up to 2 hours of postpartum recovery support, if desired
One follow-up postpartum visit (2 hours) to debrief, assist with breastfeeding, and support you as you settle in with your newborn
